this is Maham. i'm still figuring out how i want this website to look like - so please expect small changes now and then.
you can have the long story on my formal about me page, and for the short, casual story:
i'm an artist (wow feels weird calling yourself an artist), i've been a painter for most of my life but i decided to pursue installation and 3D when i went to art school. why? well, because i was drawn to work that would immerse me and all my senses, fully. and i wanted to recreate that experience with my work too. i want to share with you a feeling. i want to have a conversation with you. it's that simple. and if it's not, drop me a DM or an email, i'm happy to chat.
other than being an artist, i like to teach. i've been teaching since i graduated from my A levels (no one took me seriously) (just kidding). i think, if you truly want to learn something, there's nothing in the world that can stop you. and if you feel that i can help you, feel free to reach out and we'll discuss the boring stuff (pricing and plans).
and other than teaching, i have worked for non profits, art organisations, primarily managed projects for them, lead educational programs, know a thing or two about managing galleries and residencies. i love talking to creative people and i look forward to ways in which we can collaborate with and help each other.
